Spoils of the craft, both photographically and in  wine making. Alexander Lapratt was kind enough to taste Connie and I on some amazing Chablis left, and  right, a declassified Bourgogne Blanc  – a declassified Chablis wich has and amazing mouth feel, gorgeous structure and wonderful minerality.
